You have two options for sending marketing emails and SMS from Gunly: the built in tools that come with your plan, or a third party service you already use.
Built in tools (Pro plan)
Pro includes:
Campaigns (Marketing › Campaigns). Build email campaigns, manage lists and subscribers, design opt in popups.
Workflows (Marketing › Workflows). Automation rules that trigger emails, SMS, or other actions when something happens (abandoned cart, post purchase, birthday, custom triggers).
SMS notifications. Powered by Twilio. Transactional SMS (order confirmations, shipping updates) and marketing SMS through your workflows.
Third party services
If you already use one of these tools, we can connect it to your Gunly store in addition to or instead of the built in ones:
Email: Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor
SMS: Twilio, OtterText
Connecting sends new customers, subscribers, and order events from Gunly into the external tool, so you can keep using your existing audience, templates, and reporting.
Other automation
Zapier connects Gunly to thousands of other apps for broader workflows. For example, add new customers to a Google Sheet, post new orders to Slack, or pipe events to your own internal tool.
How to enable any of these
To turn on a third party integration, message us in the chat from your admin or email support. Tell us which tool you want connected and have your credentials ready.
