The customers view shows everyone who has an account or has ordered, with their spend and activity. Find it in Store › Sales › Customers.
What you see
Each customer row shows their name, username, last active date, registration date, email, number of orders, total spend, average order value, and location. Sort by any column to find your best customers or your most recent signups.
Find and filter
Use the Show dropdown to switch between all customers and other views.
Use the search box to find a customer by name or email.
Click Download to export the list as a file for your records or marketing tools.
Using this data
Sort by Total spend to find your VIPs, then reward them with a coupon or early access.
Sort by Last active to spot customers who have gone quiet, and re-engage them with a campaign.
Cross-reference with Marketing › Campaigns to build targeted lists.
Tip
High average order value customers are worth special attention. A small loyalty gesture often brings them back.
